Great news! Food Manager Classes now allows bulk order purchasers to search their bulk orders by student name, email, or access code.  This gives you more options to search and manage your employees' FMC certificates.

When you finish the piloted exam, you will see the score and areas of deficiency to help you study for your official State of Texas accredited CFP examination with Food Manager Classes.

You can take the proctored pilot exam two different ways:

  1. In-person through a Prometric Testing Lab, or
  2. Remotely through Prometric's ProProctor remote proctor service.

Please sign up at FoodManagersCertification.com/fmpa and we will get with you to arrange your piloted food manager exam.

For your participation in our piloting efforts, your name will be entered into a drawing to win 1 of 4 $1,000 Visa Gift Cards.

For each unique proctored pilot CFP exam you take and finish, you will receive an additional entry into the drawing. The 4 drawing winners will be selected once the piloting session has been completed.

Please Note

Though our certificate is valid throughout the State of Texas, you may be required to transfer or register our certificate with your local health department.  If you're not sure, please be sure to contact them regarding this issue.

The FDA Food Code
Another thing you should be familiar with is the FDA Food Code. The Food and Drug Administration or FDA is an agency of the US Department of Health and Human Services. In an effort to keep the public safe, the FDA cooperates with other agencies and publishes a model Food Code. The FDA code is the best resource for making regulations that will ensure that food is safe and protected. The contents of the code are intended to assist local agencies that oversee food safety.

The Texas Department of State Health Services has developed uniform standards for retail food establishments in the State of Texas known as the Texas Food Establishment Rules (TFER).

You may also be required to follow local regulations if your local regulatory agency has implemented more restrictive requirements.
